The Flip Book
Your students will love these Veterans Day activities that practice tracing, vocabulary, and fine motor skills!
This little flip book helps kids learn about this special holiday, while engaging them by learning new vocabulary!
Each page has a vocabulary word that can be traced. There is also a numbered box on each page that corresponds to an accompanying picture.
Cut and glue the pictures into the pages to illustrate the page!
The Thank You Note
At the end, there is a blank thank you note for students to write and/or draw a note to a veteran.
This is perfect for a class-wide Veterans Day project! Also makes a great addition to writing journals, interactive notebooks, or as a stand-alone literacy center.
